RIP - Weston

The DeLorenzo family lost another of their own with the recent passing of two-day old Weston Atticus DeLorenzo.

For those of you in the family who have not yet had to chance to view his own site on the web, please go to WestonDeLorenzo.com to read his story and share your thoughts with Mickey and Diana.

His memorial service was held on Sunday, March 15th at the Great Meadows Cemetery.

RIP Weston: March 7th 2009 - March 9th 2009.

Funeral Details for Grammy on December 13th

A lot happened this week and everyone only had a short period of time to get everything set up for this Saturday. Here are the times for the viewing, cemetery burial, and luncheon on Saturday, December 13th.

12 - 2PM: Viewing at Cochran Funeral Home in Hackettstown (click here for a map)

2:30: Drive to the cemetery in Great Meadows as a group

3:30: Trinity Methodist Church in Hackettstown for a catered luncheon (click here for a map)

Today was a really sad day for all of us as we watched our beloved Little Grammy/Mom/”Mother” pass. Thanks to Mick (both little and big) for creating a Flickr photo account to share pictures of her, I decided to start another site for us DeLorenzo’s to share more information about what we’re doing these days. I only wish I could have done this years ago before anything like this happened to Little Grammy.

So I created DeLorenzos.net because I realized that we are not spending enough time keeping each other informed of everything we’re doing these days. With family in California, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania, it’s become a little harder for all of us to physically stay in touch. Now there’s really no excuse why we can’t see pictures of the kids, learn about the latest parties, or share exciting news about anything in our lives.

All DeLorenzo’s can sign up for DeLorenzo’s.net by clicking here. To write an article, simply log in (after you create your account) and click “Write”. I’ll help you with any problems after you submit your story for review. Once we all get used to Wordpress (except for the kids since we all use Wordpress oursevles these days), we’ll let everyone publish things on their own. You can upload pictures in your articles or we will create another Flickr account and include all of the pictures of Grammy that are currently in Mickey’s Flickr account. Speaking of which, if you want to learn how you can upload pictures of Grammy into her Flickr account, email me at brandt@mmaopinion.com and I’ll give you the details.
